The before picture shows a water damaged tax office in The Bronx, NY. The cause of this loss was due to heavy rain coming in through the cracked baseboard. They then used Air Movers to speed up the drying process. After drying was completed, our trained professionals polished and waxed the floor. They also sealed up the cracked baseboard.
