Toilet Back-up In Bronx, NY Pre-K School

This water damage in The Bronx was the outcome of a toilet back-up. Notice the extent of the water damages; the water affected contents such as the carpet and wooden cubbies. The contaminated water also affected the floor tiles. Technicians at SERVPRO disposed the damaged contents and removed any non-affected contents to save them from possible damages. Being that this water damage was a category 3, it was not safe to keep any damaged contents. The floor tiles were also replaced. The after picture was taken only 2 days after the toilet back-up occurred. The customer was thrilled with results.
